We’re pleased to announce the availability of iSeller App Store, a marketplace for apps/add-on which extend the functionality of iSeller platform in various aspects. The iSeller App Store is a major release milestone which transforms iSeller as a comprehensive PaaS (Platform as a Service) with rich, connected and extensible ecosystem. You can simply install a free add-on available to your plan, or purchase the apps on demand.
In this release, we launched a handful of apps that can help increase your productivity and maximize your business potential. Let’s take a quick look at some of the highlight below.
Multi Outlet Price and Visibility
This add-on allows you to set different price of products for each outlet in iSeller store admin. Once set, the POS app automatically use the price according to the active outlet. It enhances the flexibility of your business process, particularly in terms of product pricing. For instance, you might want to sell products with higher prices in high-end commercial outlets without the hassle of maintaining several product sets. You can get this app for Rp. 540.000 ($40) for annual plan, or free if you’re already in the Pro plan.
POS for Service
This add-on extends the iSeller POS apps which allow you to easily specify the sales person or person who render a service differently from cashier in the order. It’s super useful in the way that you can capture the sales person/server for reporting or performance evaluation purpose. When the app is activated, a new Select Server menu will be introduced. Simply tap on it and you’re good to go. It costs around Rp. 540.000 ($40) annually or get it for free if you’re on the Pro plan.
Wish to edit price openly right from the iSeller POS? Now you can, thanks to the handy Price Overwrite app. When enabled, the Edit Pricedialog will be prompted every time you added a product to cart. This app is particularly useful for business which sell items with dynamic pricing such as flower shops. This app has a retail price of Rp. 540.000 ($40) for annual plan or free if you’re on Pro plan.
Zendesk is an all-in-one app to get in touch with your customers in your online store. It allows you to interact with customer whether through its live chat or messages to guide you customers to understand your product better. This add-on extends your iSeller storefront with Zendesk live chat integration. Simply enter your Zendesk credential and you’re good to go!
