Other than documentation, we also have support page built specially for you to reach us easier. We provide free Standard Support along with any subscription. With standard support, you can get to us through Live Chat, E-mail, and Submitted Ticket

  • E-mail : If need to explain a detailed case of your issues, you can also send a message to

In addition to our standard support, we are proud to announce our brand new Premium Support! Do you have an issue that needs to be taken care of, like, right here and right now? Don’t worry because with our premium support, we will prioritize your issue. If you need us to be on site, we will come to you too. Just contact us, and we will reach out to you.

Our support will not end there. We also provide Additional Training sessions in our office for free. Two training sessions will be held every Wednesday on 10.00-12.00 and 14.00-16.00. Come and join our class to learn more about our products and services. If you and your staff do not have time to go to our office, don’t worry because we also do on-site training. With on-site training, you can train all your staff right in your place. It is way more efficient, less time wasted, and less effort.
